Bacteriostatic water: sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, the standard laboratory vehicle for lyophilized reagents, supplied with its own sterility certificate. Cold, dark, dated.

Every vial ships lyophilized and desiccated: store it sealed at −20 °C, upright, out of light, and it stays stable for years. Keep the desiccant with the vial until first use and write the receipt date on the label. If a vial arrives warm, damaged or with a compromised seal, email us the batch code and we will make it right.

What if my vial arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the vial and the packaging. Every case is reviewed the same business day and made right — no argument, no restocking dance.
Why store credit on returns?
Unopened vials come back within 15 days for store credit. Once a reagent leaves our facility we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so it can never re-enter inventory — credit keeps that cost out of the price of every other order.
What does the purity % actually mean?
An HPLC figure: the target peak's share of everything that absorbed UV at 220 nm in a dated instrument run. 99.2% means 99.2% of what the detector saw was the target peptide. Purity does not prove identity — that is what the mass-spec result on the same COA is for.
How do I know it is really the peptide on the label?
Every batch is confirmed by ESI mass spectrometry: observed mass matched to the expected sequence within ±0.5 Da, published on that lot's COA at /coa/<code>. A retained sample of every lot stays on our shelf for 24 months, so any certificate can be checked against physical material long after the batch sells through. Send us a disagreeing re-test and we re-run our retained sample.
Do you ship discreetly?
Plain outer shipper, no branding that identifies contents, tamper-evident inner packaging, tracking on every order. The box says nothing about peptides; the receipt in your inbox says everything about the batch.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Check out with an email, an address and the 21+ attestation. An account only adds order history, tracking and saved addresses.
