Privacy

• What an order stores. Contact name and email, ship-to address, order contents, the payment provider's token/reference, and your attestation record. Full card numbers never touch our servers — payment is tokenized by the processor.
• First-party analytics only. Our own script (assets/js/sb-track.js) records page views; clicks (element selector, position, link text — never form input values); repeated frustrated clicks; scroll depth and which sections were viewed; time on page; and on-site searches and page-assistant questions. Events are tied to a random anonymous session id (sb_sid) and are sent only to our own ingest endpoint — never to another domain. The endpoint rate-limits abuse using the request IP; the IP is counted in memory for that purpose only and is not written into the analytics record. Raw clickstream events roll up into daily aggregates and are deleted after 60 days.
• No third parties, no ads. No third-party trackers, no ad networks, no cross-site profiling, no sale of customer data — ever. We evaluated third-party session-recording tools (Microsoft Clarity) and rejected them: nothing on this site loads analytics from anyone but us.
• Email open tracking. Emails we send contain a 1×1 first-party tracking pixel, and their links are wrapped through our own domain, so opens and clicks are recorded against that send in our own systems. This tells us whether our messages are useful; the data is never shared with advertisers. Marketing mail carries one-click unsubscribe headers and a footer link; transactional order mail always delivers.
• Cookies & storage. Everything set in your browser is first-party and functional or privacy-preserving analytics — the complete list is the table below. The cookie notice at the bottom of the page is informational: no consent gate blocks you, because nothing we set is an advertiser's.
• Data retained. Orders and line history; Stratum Points balances and ledger; support tickets and inbox mail; RMA records; email send logs; analytics events (60 days, then daily aggregates). Batch certificates and retained-sample records persist by design — that is the quality promise.
• Service providers, not advertisers. Only the processors the store needs see data: the payment processor (tokenized payments), the postage API and carrier (ship-to address on the label), and the email delivery service (message content). They act for those functions only.
• Your rights. Access, correction or deletion of your data — or a copy of what we hold — on request: [email protected] for account and privacy matters, [email protected] for order support, [email protected] for everything else. Replies within business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 ET).

• Seller. Stratum Biologic LLC — Washington, DC (see Business information below). Research use only; the buyer represents they are 21+, legally authorized to receive these compounds at the delivery address, and responsible for local regulations.
• Shipping. US domestic; no PO boxes, APO/FPO, freight forwarders or reshippers. Discreet packaging and tracking on every order; addresses are verified against USPS delivery-point data before dispatch.
• Sales tax. We charge destination-based US sales tax on merchandise only — shipping is never taxed and points redemption never shrinks the taxable base. The default rate is 6.7%; shipments to OR, MT, NH, DE, AK are zero-rated; per-state overrides may apply. Rates are operator-maintained and can change — the tax computed at checkout on the day you order is the tax charged.
• Order price adjustments + audit trail. If an order needs correcting after placement (tax recomputation, promotion, repack), we adjust the order on the record: every adjustment is written to the order's audit trail with timestamp, actor and before/after totals, and is emailed to you. No adjustment is ever silent.
• Refunds are store credit only. We do not refund to the original payment card. Approved returns settle as Stratum store credit, issued when the return passes bench inspection and applied to your account.
• Returns / RMA. Unopened items within 15 days of delivery per tracking information, processed under a Returns Merchandise Authorization. Request one from the returns page; the RMA number and the return ship-to address arrive in the approval email — write the number on the box. One free reship per order for a failed shipment; a failed shipment requires photo proof.
• Stratum Points. Points earn on the net merchandise of paid orders (base 1 point per $1, lifetime-tier multipliers apply), redeem against up to 50% of a future order, carry no cash value and are not transferable. Points from a voided order are restored. We may amend or end the program with notice on this page.
• Wholesale & affiliate terms. The wholesale terms quoted via [email protected] and the affiliate program terms published on the affiliates page are incorporated into these terms by reference.
